Terms & Conditions
All holidays booked through Extra Weeks are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- To qualify for this holiday you must be travelling with your partner. No singles are permitted to take up this offer without prior authorisation from senior management.
- Two of the passengers named must be the qualified redeeming couple and you must nominate all travellers at the time of application. You may apply to change names three and four in writing only prior to any offer of a holiday being made. Once an offer has been made, no changes can be made and all named passengers must travel. Change of address notification will only be accepted in writing.
- It is at the discretion of the resort to select the required level of accommodation that you will receive. The levels of accommodation are as follows: hotel suite, studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom self-catering unit; the one bedroom unit sleeps up to four adults, and the two bedroom unit sleeps up to six adults. These resorts are of a very high standard, therefore any deliberate or accidental damage to your apartment will be your responsibility and you will be liable for it.
- No couples can be travelling the week prior to, or the week after their Extra Weeks Holiday.
- Any extension to your holiday not booked via Extra Weeks and not divulged at the initial booking stage, will invalidate your holiday.
- As a couple, you will be required by the resort to attend a Products and Services update, of at least 90 minutes, to show you the facilities and to explain to you the benefits of the ownership system. However, you are under no obligation to buy or enter into any contract. An appointment will be made for you during your stay at your chosen resort. If you fail to attend this Products and Services update, without valid reason, you shall be liable to pay the full rental cost for your accommodation for the duration of your holiday
- The person making the booking (lead passenger(s)) must be aged 30 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party travelling. It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) criminal offences and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
- Due to the costs incurred during the booking process, Extra Weeks are unable to offer a refund policy. However, you will not lose any monies paid. Your purchased holiday(s) will be entered into a pending system for you to reclaim within a specific period.
- If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform us by contacting our Customer Services as soon as possible. Any changes to a confirmed booking will be subject to a £25 administration charge.
- Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will invalidate this agreement and release us from any future liabilities. No claims will be honoured or acknowledged outside these terms and conditions.
- Some of the resorts we deal with have criteria of which must be met for you to travel to. You may be limited to which resorts you can travel to, depending on your circumstances.
- All TBA (to be arranged) holidays will come with an expiry date on issue, in the event of the expiry date being missing the holiday will only be valid for 2 years 11 months from the date of the paperwork.
- All Extra Weeks holidays are subject to availability.
- Weeks booked on a To Be Arranged (TBA), can only be organised using the active resorts on our website, www.extraweeks.co.uk; Verbal claims from agents, or alternative marketers on destinations available will not be honoured.
- Prior to all arrangements Extra Weeks vets its appointed resorts, destinations and corporate buyers. These promotional holidays are planned in advance. If, in between the planning and holiday time, circumstances beyond Extra Weeks´ control change, Extra Weeks reserve the right to vary and/or substitute the itineraries and any components of the holiday offer.
- Extra Weeks has, and will, persevere to give optimum services by selecting and contracting high quality holiday resorts, agents and suppliers for their standards and credibility. Extra Weeks reserves the right, with or without notice, to add, withdraw or substitute these.
- All arrangements are subject to the conditions imposed by participating resorts and we do not accept responsibility for their defaults or negligence of others.
- All resorts will require a key deposit payable by a recognised credit card for all accommodation (refundable on departure). And damage will be charged to the credit card.
- City Breaks are provided by Extra Weeks for access only; Extra Weeks take no responsibility for the service of these offers. The City Breaks are serviced by an independent company and their Terms and Conditions apply. The City Break voucher is not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer and may not be used by any company or individual involved in any way with its distribution. Extra Weeks does not offer any warranty for any services provided herein.
- It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and any visa that may be necessary. Extra Weeks will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.
- Extra Weeks does not accept liability for any changed, loss delays, injuries/deaths, accidents or dissatisfaction caused by occurrences and conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, act of god, nature, sickness, strikes, local customs, law and politics, wilful or negligent acts and/or omissions of any other person of companies who are not employees or authorised agents of Extra Weeks
- You are responsible for complying with any airline's terms and conditions and if, in the reasonable opinion of a person acting in authority, you are not fit to travel, he or she may refuse to let you board the aircraft. Normally this happens if such person thinks you are likely to disturb or harm other passengers. In this case your contract with Extra Weeks will end immediately and we will no longer be responsible for you.
- Extra Weeks will not be held responsible for you not having adequate travel insurance or for any injuries or costs that come as a result of your own carelessness.
- We won't send you e-mails, which you do not want but we can't guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent won't do so
- When you purchase anything from us or give us any personal data as indicated above, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfil your order and provide you with the services you expect then and in the future. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address, your phone number and your credit card details. This information will be kept secure and is bound by our confidentiality codes.
- Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal data to third parties if this is required for the purpose of completing your transaction with us. This is of course subject to the proviso that we may disclose your data to certain permitted third parties, such as members of our own group, our own professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality codes, and when we are legally obliged to disclose your data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent. You authorise us to contact you with future promotions and offers.
Disclaimer
The data collected by our company will be kept private from any other company. You therefore authorize us to use it for any further promotions within our company. If you do not wish us to keep your data please inform us by calling the freephone 0800 1982 006 and we will cancel or modify them according to your wishes.
Data Protection
Easy Consulting informs you that your email address, along with all other details of a personal nature which you may provide us with, will be automatically filed, with the object of compiling a list of contacts, for sending professional and/or personal details by email.
